📦 Orders & Delivery
What are the delivery times?
Orders are shipped within 24/48 business hours. Delivery takes on average 2 to 4 business days depending on the carrier chosen (Mondial Relay, Colissimo, DPD Relais).
What are the delivery charges?
The fees depend on many factors and are clearly displayed at checkout. No hidden fees, everything is transparent.

Can I track my order?
Yes, a tracking number is sent by email as soon as your package is shipped.

Are your vinyl records compatible with Cricut, Silhouette and ScanNCut?
Yes, all our vinyls are in 30×30 cm format, perfectly suited to Cricut®, Silhouette Cameo® and Brother ScanNCut® cutting mats.
What is the difference between your vinyl records and those sold on low-cost websites?
We only offer professional quality vinyls (Oracal, Mactac, 3M), manufactured in Europe.
👉 Result: more precise cutting, easy weeding, long-lasting adhesion (up to 5 years outdoors) and vibrant colors that do not fade.
Is Oracal 651 vinyl permanent?
Yes, it's a permanent adhesive vinyl, ideal for smooth surfaces (glass, metal, plastic, varnished wood). Its hold is unlimited indoors and up to 5 years outdoors.
Do you also offer textile vinyl (heat-transfer vinyl)?

Do I need any accessories to use vinyl?
Yes, for perfect results we recommend:
A squeegee for applying vinyl without bubbles.
A weeder (hook) to weed the patterns.
Transfer film (tape) for applying your lettering and designs.

Yes, in our shop you will find a selection of professional accessories (ORAFOL, 3M, Siser) at the best price.
